1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Tizani, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Apple’s applicable licensed-application terms also apply to the iOS app.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials private, and notify us if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not impersonate someone, automate abusive account creation, evade enforcement, or buy, sell, or transfer an account.
3. Community content and conduct
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Tizani a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, moderate, improve, and promote the service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for limited cached, backup, legal, or safety copies.
Do not post or facilitate illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, malicious, spam, or dangerous content. Do not manipulate rankings or engagement, scrape at abusive scale, bypass access controls, probe other accounts, upload malicious files, or interfere with the service. We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary to protect users, Tizani, or others.
4. Catalog and third-party material
Anime catalog information and artwork may come from third-party providers. Availability, accuracy, and ownership remain subject to their terms. Links and third-party services are provided for convenience; Tizani does not control their content or practices.
5. Plus and Pro subscriptions
- Plus yearly removes ads.
- Pro yearly includes Plus and unlocks the customization features shown in the app.
- Prices and the one-year period are displayed by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before expiration. Manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings.
- Paid access ends at the verified paid-through time. Billing-retry or grace labels do not extend Tizani access beyond that time.
Each verified Apple subscription chain is permanently bound to the first Tizani subscription principal that validly claims it. Purchases cannot be transferred, rebound, or moved by an administrator to another account. Reinstall and device-replacement recovery works only for the original Tizani account.
Refunds and billing are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Paid tiers never grant moderator or administrator authority.
6. Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account from Settings. Associated user-generated content and account data are deleted, subject to the limited security, legal, backup, and pseudonymous subscription-binding retention described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not cancel Apple billing; cancel any active subscription in Apple settings before deletion if you do not want it to renew.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, add, suspend, or discontinue features; perform maintenance; and impose reasonable limits to keep the service safe and reliable. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. If a material change affects a paid offering, we will handle access and notices consistently with applicable law and Apple’s rules.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tizani is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. Tizani is not responsible for opinions in user content or for third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination and disputes
You may stop using Tizani or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement, or harm to users or the service. Before bringing a formal dispute, contact us so we can try to resolve it informally. Applicable mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.
