TIZANI COOKIE POLICY
Last Updated: August 21, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Tizani LLC ("Tizani") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Tizani application and related websites and services (the "Service"). Read it together with the Tizani Privacy Policy, which describes how Tizani handles personal information.
1. What Cookies Are
A cookie is a small text file that a website or app stores on your device. Cookies let a service recognize your device, remember your settings, and understand how the Service is used. Similar technologies, such as pixels, software development kits, and local storage, work the same way, and this Policy treats them all as cookies.
2. Types of Cookies Tizani Uses
Tizani uses the categories of cookies described below. The specific cookies in each category, their names, purposes, and how long they last are not applicable for non-essential first-party website cookies at launch because Tizani's public website is static and does not intentionally set them; the comparable app technologies are as follows: essential technologies include authentication/session tokens, Keychain credentials, account-security identifiers, and server-side security logs used for sign-in, account protection, abuse prevention, and core Service operation, lasting until token expiration, logout, account deletion, or the applicable security-log retention period; functional technologies include UserDefaults/local app preferences and language or display settings used to remember preferences and app settings, lasting until changed, reset, or removed from the device; subscription and payment technologies include Apple StoreKit transaction identifiers, product IDs, app account token, renewal status, expiration status, refund status, and related receipt evidence used to verify and manage Plus/Pro access, fraud prevention, support, and billing disputes, retained as needed for subscription access, security, accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes; notification technologies include APNs device tokens and installation identifiers used to deliver push notifications and account/service messages, lasting until disabled, invalidated, logout, account deletion, or token replacement; and advertising and consent technologies, if enabled, include Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform consent/ad technologies used to show ads to eligible free-tier users and manage privacy choices or consent, lasting according to Google, device, consent, and app settings.
2.1 Essential Cookies
These cookies are needed to run the Service. They support core functions such as signing you in, keeping you logged in, and protecting account security. The Service does not work properly without them.
2.2 Functional Cookies
These cookies remember your choices and preferences, such as your display settings, so the Service can offer a more personal experience.
2.3 Analytics and Performance Cookies
These cookies help Tizani understand how users interact with the Service, which pages are visited, and where errors occur, so Tizani can improve the Service. Some of these cookies are set by Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform, if advertising is enabled for free-tier users, which act as Tizani's service providers.
3. Cookies Set by Others
Some cookies on the Service are set by the service providers Tizani works with, such as its hosting, analytics, and crash-reporting tools. These providers handle the data they collect under their own privacy terms.
4. How to Manage Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser or device settings, where you can delete existing cookies and block new ones. If you block essential cookies, parts of the Service may stop working. If advertising is enabled in the Tizani app, Tizani may also present in-app privacy choices through the Google User Messaging Platform where required or available, including choices related to advertising consent and ad personalization.
You can also opt out of some analytics cookies by visiting the websites of the analytics providers named above and following their opt-out instructions.
5. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Tizani does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals at this time. Tizani does not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Service.
6. Changes to This Policy
Tizani may update this Cookie Policy. Tizani will post the revised Policy with a new date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
